  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven supervisory experience

  • Ability to meet all demands of the job, both physical and mental
  • Advanced computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work collaboratively in respect within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional practice development.
  • Must have a satisfactory performance and attendance records.
  • Ability to work in a manner that is in compliance with patient/resident and employee safety practices, policies and procedures of the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse, BScN preferred
  • Current CPR and ACLS
  • Two (2) years medical/surgical experience and/or Two (2) years experience working in Long Term Care and/or Gerontology.
  • Cardiac Care Course (preferred)
  • New Grads can access up to $20,000 in Canada Student Loan forgiveness as we are a Rural Hospital!
