Registered Practical Nurse – RPN (1 permanent Full Time)

As a member of the SCFHT, the RPN provides a high level of comprehensive primary care, within their scope of practice, as specified by the College of Nurses of Ontario. The RPN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in consultation with physicians and other SCFHT members. You will be proficient in medication administration, immunization, dressing changes, suture removal, record keeping and vital signs collection and monitoring.


The successful applicant will have the following qualifications/experience:
Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario; current CPR; Medication Administration and Aseptic Technique; demonstrated experience in working within a RPN’s scope of practice (as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario) in a primary care setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


The Sunset Country Family Health Team offers competitive compensation package:
Annual Salary $53,159
Group Benefits & HOOPP pension
20 vacation days per year; 3 personal days per year
